Until July 2026 I was an Inspector with Derbyshire Constabulary, and that's where this app began. I was ill-health retired, and gathering the evidence for that process meant putting years of events, dates and paperwork into one clear story. Nothing quite like it existed — so I built it.

It's free, and it's private by design: nobody but you can read your timeline. Not even me.

• 3things you can hear — the fridge humming, traffic passing, birds outside
• 2things you can smell — hand cream, a cup of tea
• 1thing you can taste — even just the last sip of a drink

When you've found them all, take one long, slow breath in — and let it go.
